1. Purpose of the service

LAMORA provides ERP/POS tools for retail and wholesale businesses, including product, inventory, sales, purchase, customer, supplier, expense, reporting, invoicing, and related management features.

2. Definitions

“LAMORA” means the software service. “Customer” or “company” means the business account holder. “User” means an authorized person using that account. “Customer data” means information entered, imported, generated, or synchronized through the service for the customer’s activities.

3. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using LAMORA, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have authority to act for the relevant company. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

4. Account creation

You must provide the information reasonably required to create and operate an account. Access may depend on completing onboarding steps and accepting current service conditions.

5. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for keeping account, company, tax, contact, product, price, and business information accurate and current.

6. Email verification

LAMORA may require verification of your email address or other account information. Failure to complete verification may limit access or prevent recovery and security notices.

7. Account holder responsibility

The account holder controls the company workspace and is responsible for authorized users, store settings, permissions, entered data, and activities performed through its accounts, except where caused directly by LAMORA’s own failure.

8. Employee accounts

You may create employee accounts and assign roles. You must give only appropriate access, remove access promptly when no longer needed, and comply with employment, privacy, and monitoring laws applicable to your staff.

9. Credential security

Users must protect passwords, devices, recovery methods, and access codes; must not share accounts improperly; and should notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

10. Acceptable use

You must not use LAMORA unlawfully, fraudulently, to violate rights, distribute malicious code, bypass security or usage limits, disrupt the service, scrape it without permission, or access another customer’s data.

11. Products and user content

You retain responsibility for descriptions, images, prices, barcodes, customer records, and other content you add. You must have the rights and lawful grounds needed to use and upload that content.

12. Invoices, receipts, and documents

LAMORA provides tools to generate invoices, receipts, statements, and commercial documents from information you enter. You remain responsible for accuracy, mandatory wording, numbering, tax treatment, commercial compliance, recordkeeping, and all legal obligations in your country. LAMORA does not guarantee automatic tax or legal compliance in every jurisdiction.

13. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, connectivity, provider incidents, security events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect access.

14. Offline mode

Supported features may work without an Internet connection using data available on the device. Some sensitive, account, server-dependent, or newly loaded functions may require connectivity, and not every feature is guaranteed to be available offline.

15. Queued operations and synchronization

Offline operations may be queued and synchronized when connectivity returns. Users should verify synchronization status and resolve reported conflicts or failures. Device loss, clearing local storage, outdated data, conflicting edits, or prolonged disconnection may affect pending operations.

16. Backups and limitations

Reasonable continuity and backup measures may be used, but no backup system is infallible. Customers should maintain legally required exports or independent records and should not treat LAMORA as the sole archive where local law requires separate retention.

17. Intellectual property

LAMORA and its software, design, branding, documentation, and underlying technology are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for authorized business purposes.

18. Ownership of customer data

As between LAMORA and the customer, the customer retains its rights in customer data. The customer authorizes processing of that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service and as otherwise lawfully instructed.

19. Privacy and responsibility for third-party data

Customer companies determine the purposes of data they enter about customers, employees, suppliers, and operations. They are responsible for lawful collection, required notices, permissions, retention, and handling individual requests. LAMORA supplies the software infrastructure and is not the controller of every record entered by merchants.

20. Suspension or closure

Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary for security, suspected abuse, legal compliance, non-payment where applicable, material breach, or protection of other users. Where appropriate, reasonable notice or an opportunity to remedy may be provided.

21. Account deletion and data export

Available account controls may allow closure or deletion requests. Before closing an account, customers should export records they must retain. Deletion may not be immediate across backups, security logs, or records retained to meet legal obligations.

22. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LAMORA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, loss caused by inaccurate user data, tax or legal non-compliance, or failures outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

23. Third-party services

LAMORA may rely on or integrate with third-party infrastructure, payment, communication, authentication, analytics, or device services. Their availability and separate terms may apply, and LAMORA is not responsible for independent third-party acts beyond its reasonable control.

24. Changes to the service

Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued to improve the service, maintain security, comply with law, or respond to technical and business needs. Material adverse changes will be communicated when reasonably possible.

25. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The revised version and effective date will be posted here, and additional notice will be given where required. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

26. Governing law and disputes

The governing law and competent forum will depend on the verified legal identity and establishment of the LAMORA operator and any mandatory protections applicable to the user. No jurisdiction is designated on this page until those details are formally confirmed.

27. Contact

Questions about these terms may be sent to support@lamoraerp.com. Formal operator identity, address, telephone, and jurisdiction details will be published once verified.
